HS-50 belt bag (#05)
Our HS-50 Hip Bag is designed to be a versatile and secure compartment for your daily essentials.
It is realized in a salvaged heavy, coated canvas (most likely a Vinyl coated polyester) initially used by the canadian military for shelters and other applications. This material is highly durable, repairable*, waterproof, and will age with character.
* For rapairs of abrasion or similar, we recommend LePage® Flexible Plastic Adhesive (or LePage® Stik'N Seal™ Extreme Repair Adhesive). All TBC. products come with patch material which can be used with the aforementioned adhesive to repair potential tears or if otherwise desired.
The HS-50 is constructed with waterproof material and YKK® Aquaguard® zippers for reliable water resistance. The seams themselves, however, are not waterproofed. This pofeatures matte black acetal hardware by Woojin Plastics®.
a brief note on materials
This product is made with salvaged materials which are likely made primarily of PVC. PVC is known to offgass immediately following its production, lasting a number of months thereafter depending on the item in question. The material used to make this product have been allowed to offgas in a ventilated area for at least 9 months, and have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. It is nonetheless important to us that our customers understand the nature of the materials we use in our products.
